Preface
It is a great pleasure for me that the 'Health Bulletin' is going to be published 4th time from each health facilities under HPNSDP, 2011-16 project by the Government of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh. The commitment of the present government is to deliver the health service at the door step of the people. This step is appreciable and effective. I hope, by this, the actual picture of health service of each health facilities will be published accordingly and the health service quality will be improved.
This bulletin contains all information regarding health concerns & shows the present status of MDG. We tried our level best to give the most accurate information in this bulletin. Important information and necessary issues for Sapahar Upazila Health Complex
I would like to draw attention on few important factors regarding our Upazila Health Service. The major surgery including EOC service can not be initiated here yet due to shortage of surgeon & anesthetist, Vacant posts of 4th class staff specially still to be fulfilled. So the optimum service of this Upazila Health Complex is difficult to deliver. I hope the manpower & logistics will be over come soon.
