This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of 250 Bedded General Hospital, Kushtia which will help the development partners of health sectors. Important information and necessary issues for Kushtia 250 bed General Hospital
Here I would like to mention some important factors which will help us to achive better results in future.
1. This 250 Bedded General Hospital is running with 150 Beds hospital manpower. moreover This hospital has been announced Kushtia Medical College Hospital (Temporary Campus). So, The strength of manpower should be raised up to standard setting of 250 Bedded general Hospital.or Medical College Hospital.
2. All the vacant post should be filled up immediatly espacially for the Outsoursing post as well as Sn. Con (Medicine,Surgery,Eye & Peadriatic) and Jn. Con ( Medicine, Anesthesia & Surgery)
3. All of our Doctors, Nurses as well as other heatlh related personnal need more training for incresing capacity building. espacially on IMCI, ARI, Diarrhoea, ICD-10 ect.
4. Bed Occupancy Rate has been raised up to 209.24% in the month of September '2014 . It is heighest BOR in the history of the Hospital, So the number of Beds will be increased from 250 Beds to 500 beds immediately.
5. We need more equipments for serving better treatments.All the repairable instruments should be repaired as early as possible time.
Finally I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 250 Beded General Hospital, Kushtia.Because this document will help us to compare our health progress in upcomming years.I must say that it is very usefull document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the usefull and valuable advise for better health improvement to the patients in future for making Digital bangladesh.
