Important information and necessary issues for Satkhira District Hospital
Last year we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the quality health services due to many reasons, specially renovation work for a long time. Here I like to mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good results in future. The vacant post should be filled and manpower for 100 bedded hospital should be provided immediately. Our doctor and nurse need more training on IMCI and EmOC. Sometimes our daily activity is hampered due to load shedding of electricity. Hospital own power generator system could alleviate such problem. Proper waste management is an important concern for a good hospital environment. Now it is important to establish a standard hospital's own waste management system. Finlay I am very happy to publish this health bulletin of 2014 because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years.
