Preface
I am very glad to publish this Health bulletin of Jhalakathi sadar Upazila . This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2014 . This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Jhalakathi sadar Upazila to other the department and development partners of health services . I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps of the health services of this Upazila . Government health office has many data stored in the file. This health bulletin will help to find constrains and also to see the result and achievements of 2014. The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the Upazila . All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin 2014. I like to take attention to the higher authority to look into this issue. Important information and necessary issues for Jholakathi (Sadar) Upazila Health Office
I am highly glad to give the Thanks to our superior authority like Directorate of MIS , DGHS , as well as to the Ministry Of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW ) for taking such a decision for publishing the Health Bulletin of every upazilla Health Scetors We may have many constrains for achievement of our targets but for the betterment of our annual activities it will make a competition among us to perform every steps of individul jobs as it will be recorded in the Health Bulletin .
publish continuously Yearly which will encourage physical &
mental strength of our staffs . Last of all , I will remain grateful to
the Govt Of Bangladesh for sanctioning the fund which may increase grandually for finalization of yearly Health Bulltetin
We have 3 sub-center run by SACMO. Out of 23 Community
Clinic 23 are functioning. CHCP and Health Assistants
are providing services at community clinic.
