Preface
I am highly glad to inform the whole datas of nalchiti upazilla through publishing the Health Bulletin sponsored by MIS of DGHS and Ministry of Health and Family welfare of Bangladesh .
Through the Bulletin is publishing in the year 2015, The contents and data are of the year 2014 . This Bulletin will give an over all idea of different activities in health sector of this upazilla to the higher authorities . There are some good works of stuffs in field and office. there are also some constraints that are sufficient to decelerate our activities. such as shortage of manpower insufficient supply of logistics .The Health Bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 . Which will help for fixation of annual target for achiving the goal . It will also give the information on the status of safe drinking water as well as on sanitation . So I seek the kind attention of the higher authority for solving the constraints of this upazilla .
Finally I would like to congratulate the honourable initiators of the Health Bulletin for enhencing our activities towards the Digital Bangladesh .

Important information and necessary issues for Nalchithi Upazila Health Complex
Conclusion-- I am highly glad to give the Thanks to our superior authority like Directorate of MIS DGHS as well as to the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare ( MOHFW) for taking such a decision for publishing the Health Bulletin of every upazila Health Sectors.We may have many constrains for acievement of our targets but for the betterment of our annual activities it will make a competition among us to perform every steps of individual job as it will be recorded in the Health Bulletin.The main lacking is the absent of pair dotors for Gynec EMOC service which is very much essential urgently as the previous activities was good in this station.The general peoples urge the EM0C service. The activities of TB control programme and normal laboratory is closed as the single MT( lab) has gone for higher study , so,No MT(Lab) is working here . So the kindness of our higher authority may permit us to get the pair doctors. I can assure that the targets of Health activities including MDG Goal will be achieved easily if this Health Bulletin publish continuously yearly which will encourage physical & mental strength of our staffs.
Last of all, I am remaining grateful to the GOVT of Bangladesh for sanctioning the fund which may increase gradually for finalization of yearly Health Bulletin ...with Thanks Dr. Md FARUQUE ALAM UH & FPO, Nalchiti - Jhalokati.
