Important information and necessary issues for Sylhet Civil Surgeon Office
Last year we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the Health status due to many reasons.Keeping those error in mind we tried our best to make up those craws back which I would like to mention below.1) Our vacant posts are now occupied although there are still some vacancy in Nurse and Technologists.2) Some of our Doctors recently received some training of IMCI and under health nutrition and population program but service providers like Medical Assistant, Nurse and CHCP need more training to refresh their skills.3) Number of bed Capacity of Health Complexes should be increased. 4. Upazilla like Jaintapur, Gowainghat and Zakiganj have increased to 50 beded Hospital but necessary measures should be taken to start the Indoor service and adequate staffs like Nurse, Doctors should be provided. 5. All the reparable equipments should be repaired at once when possible. 6. Female Health Assistant need CSBA training in all Upozilla. I am very happy to write this bulletin 2014 because this will act as a document that will help us to compose our progresses in upcoming years. Besides this, this will help us to chalk out pit falls that needs to be improved in future.
