Preface

I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of Madhukhali upazila. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Madhukhali upazila to other departments and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health service of the upazila. Government health office has many data stored. This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the results and acheivements of 2015.This bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2016. I would like to take attention of the higher authority for permission of administrative approval and required furnitures and equipments for 50 bed hospital. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Last year we had done our best efforts to improve our health status . Next year we will do much better work to overcome our health related problems . Here I would like to mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good results in future. 1. The construction of our 50 bed hospital building has been completed and handovered, we send required documents to higher authority for the permission of administrative approval and required furnitures and equipments but till not yet got. So we can not raise the activities of 50 bed hospital from 31 bed. We need immediate concern for this purpose. 2. The vacant post should be filled immediately . 3. Our doctors and nurses and also health service worker need more training on IMCI, NCD ,BFHI,EOC and others .4. All the Repairable equipment's should be repaired as soon as possible finally. I am very glad to write this health bulletin of 2015, because this document will help us to compare our progress in incoming years. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement to future Madhukhali Upazila Health complex will be a model Upazila Health Complex , It is our commitment.
