Preface

We have completed the year 2015. Many Successful events and achievements have been done this year in health sector. Maternal mortality and child mortality rate have been reduced tremendously. As a result over all life expectancy rate has increased to 70 years. Our Bajitpur Upazilla Health Complex and field health management system is a proud partner of this successful story. But there is many lacking in our health delivery system.Many doctors have recently joined us but Nurses, paramedics & field staffs are shortage here .Village people are not fully aware of their personal health. They come hospital in the late stage of diseases. Pregnant women do not want to come hospital for their ANC. delivery and PNC due to shyness. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Irregular supply of electricity is a major problem in Bajitpur Upazilla Health Complex. neubulizer can not given regularly to the asthma and pneumonia patient due to lack of electricity. Necessary injection and I/v saline pushing is difficult in night. So one electricity generator is immediately need. Our water pump is old of many years. It should be replaced by new one. Number of community clinic and bad capacity of the health complex should be increased.
