Preface

I am very much glad to have the opportunity to publish the 5th health bulletin of Bhairab Upazilla Health complex of Kishoreganj district.It will help to disseminate almost all information of health related events of 2015 of Bhairab to other line department and development partners of health and also all organizations both government and non government those work on health related events.It brings the opportunity action of the general people to get health related service information of Bhairab health complex.Help us to take necessary actions to improve the service delivery and also help us to take necessary measures to formulate proper documentation. I hope all information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila.The bulletin contain the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to estimate the local targets.This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2015.I like to take attention of higher authority to look after this issue. Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for moving ahead.thanks to our ADG(Administration)& Director MIS Prof. (Dr) Abul kalam Azad for his excellent initiative.
