Preface

I am very glad to Publish this bulletin of Mithamain Upazila. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015 of this Upazila. It will facilitate dissemination of information to others departments, publication of this bulletin will make us transparent to others. Our performance status, deficiencies and realities will be understood by service providers and service recipients. It will help to come closer and extension of field of co-operation and active participation between service providers & recipients. I hope that information of this bulletin will help planning research and bridge the gaps in health service of this Upazila. We want to inform that our hospital complex building (Main building) is damaged by earth Quechua in 4th January - 2016. Reconstruction of hospital complex building is mandatory to continue proper management of health care delivery system . Construction of doctors quarter for 50 bed hospital is urgently needed .
