It is my great honor to be able to publish this local health bulletin 2016 of Iswarganj Upazila Health Complex which reflects the overall health status of area. This bulletin reflects all the statistical informations regarding the child , maternal health, immunization and sanitation status of the upazilla. Also it reflects our achievements and and will give a guideline to correct our weakness. I hope this bulletin will help for future planning and set us new goals for achieving the MDG that we are striving to achieve. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
The iswarganj Upazilla health Complex and the health system of this locality is trying its best to provide the best health service to the people of this locality. We lack many vital equipment and manpower. Still we are providing the best health care possible at upazilla level due the the relentless and sincere work of our field and hospital staff. I am proud to say that this facility has one of the best and brilliant doctors and most hard working field workers. Still due to lack of proper equipment and manpower we are not being able to provide the best health service that we would like to give. I have some recommendation for improvement. These are - 1. To fill up the vacant posts .2. Repair the repairable equipment and replace the old and non repairable ones, also to provide us with newer and better health equipment. 3. To achieve more efficiency at work , health service oriented training for our hospital and field staff. At the end i hope that this health bulletin will be a success and will serve the country as an important piece of health information. I would like to thank everyone who helped to prepare this bulletin and specially thank our honourable ADG. Prof. Dr. Abul Kalam Azad sir for the inspiration he has given us all.(Dr. MD.
