Preface

I am very glad to published this local health bulletin of Madan Upazilla.This bulletin contains all the health related information of Year 2015(Jan to Dec).I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning & bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila. It has many data stored in this file. This health Bulletin will help us to find contains & also to see the results & achievement of 2015.The bulletin contains the status of MDG-4 & MDG-5 which will help us localize the MDG target.All the sanctioned & Vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2016. Madan Upazila is 30km east from Netrakona & situated on the bank of river Magra.It has 08 unions,121 Villages & 31,900 households.Two unions( Gobindasree & Maghan) &40 villages are hard to reach. TOULAR HOWAR is Sournded by three unions(Fathepur,Gobindasree& Maghan). So Madan is a Natural Disaster prone Upazilla of Netrakona District. The Upazilla health complex is a 50 bedded hospital. Here only normal delivery regularly done. Due to Vacant posts I facing difficulties to give better health services.I like to take attention of the higher authority to lookaftar this issue.Finally i would like to congratulate the initiator of the health Bulletin Software for setting us on step ahead toward digital Bangladesh.
