Preface

Nakla Upazilla is a relatively well communicable upazilla of Sherpur district.It is 19 km East from Sherpur.It has 09 unions with 47035 households.The area of upazilla is 147 sq km & the population is around 210788.Gonopaddi union is the most populated & large union of this upazilla.The upazilla health complex is located in the center of the upazilla.The socio-economic condition is very poor in this upazilla.Most of the people in this upazilla depanded on agriculture.

Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
For proper health service a suitable environment with sufficient manpower & materials are mandatory.But in our health complex condition of buildings are very bed.There are many crakes & deplastaring of roof.Drainase system also very bed.Minors rain fall makes flood in hospital complex.No manpower employed in 50 bed.Training of staffs for improving quality work is essential.Mail network service makes a great trable in reporting.Many laptops of CHCP & HA are not working properly.
