I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of Modhupur Upazila for the year 2016. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2016. This bulletin is published to disseminated the information of Modhupur Upazila to other departments & development of partnership of health service. I hope all the infomation of this bulletin will help for planning & minimise the gaps in health services of this Upazila .There are so many data stored in this file.This health bulletin will help us to find out the obstracles & also see the result & achievements/ 2016.This bulletin contains the status of MDG-4 & MDG-5 which will help us to reach MDG targets. This health bulletin give information on safe drinking water & sanitation status of this Upazila. All the sectioned & vacant posts are published. IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND NECESSARY ISSUES YOU WANT TO RAISE 1.The Hospital was been declared as 50-bedded hospital since 7th years ago,but some manpower for 50 bedded hospital has not yet been deployed.Logistics are also not supplied for 50-bedded hospital.2.There has no surgery consultant at our Upazila health complex .As such ceasarean section and surgical operations are not being performed currently.To resume these activities ,the required men power should urgently be posted.3.side by side there should be provision of alternated power supply without which these activities can not see the lime light .4.All the above mentioned issues should be addressed as soon as possible to help function the Madhupur Upazila health complex with full swing 5.Most of the Medical Officer works in tertiary hospital as attachment but those who are posted in Madhupur Upazila Health Complex .6.We would like to draw the kind attention of higher authority on the above mentioned issues.
