Preface

I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of Shahrasti Upazila, Chandpur District. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Shahrasti upazila to other line department and development partners Government health office has many data stored in the fine. This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the results and achievements of 2015. The bullitin contains the status of MDG Targets. This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2015. I like to take attention of the higher authority to look into to this issue. It is pleasure to knowledge you that Shahrasti Health Complex are National Awarded on EmOC good performance-2011. This upazila's Doctor-15, Nurse-9, Medical Technologist- 8, SACMO-8, Office Staff-5, Field Staff-43, CHCP-20, Others Staff 43 working heard to achieve the target. All the root level 2 union sub center, 22 community clinic, 6 UH&FWC are functioning with working hardly and all reports send online system. This year new editorial board formed. Video Conversing treatment UHC to Union Information Center daily. 2. Disinfection of medical dusts and unused materials. 3. TT injection in School & Collage going Girl Student. 4. Hand wash program at hospital. 5. All Community Clinic service raised & update with help of Upazila Porishod. 6. Several Medical Camp (Seven) hold out of hospital. 7.
