Preface

I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of Chakaria Upazila..This is the 4th Local Health Bulletin of chakaria Upazila. Because this is the document of our work. By this Local Health Bulletin we can compare our achievement with all other upazila in Bangladesh. We can published this Local Health Bulletin-2013 by the direction of Prof. Dr. Abul Kalam Azad, ADG (planning) and director of MIS. So it is the most important decision to make & publish this Local Health Bulletin. Every one should record his/her work. Local Health Bulletin is the record of the work in our upazila. To follow this Local Health Bulletin-2016, we explain our feed-back, we can modify our work plan for which we can achieve more to reach the goal. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Last year we could not give our maximum effort improve the health status due to many reason. here I like mension some important factors which will help to achive good result in future. 1. The vacant post should fill up immediately espicially NURSE & SACMO. 2. Our doctors ,nurse and SACMO need more training on IMCI. 3. All the repairable equipments should be repaired as soon as possible. Finally I am very happy to write this bulletin of 2016, because this documents will help us to compare our progress, in upcoming year. this is very useful documents and will help the public understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvment in future.
