Preface

Barkal is a remote upazila of Rangamati. There is scarcity of electric supply & water supply. People are poor here. Our health complex has manpower shortage. We want up gradation of our U.H.C into 31 bedded hospital. We also want necessary manpower which is currently lacking for smooth running of U.H.C & ensuring proper health care of the people of Barkal Upazila.

Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Barkal is a remote upazila of rangamati. There is scarcity of electric & water supply. Peoples are poor here.Our health complex has manpower shortage. We want up gradation of our UHC into 31 bedded hospital . We also want necessary manpower we are running the UHC & ensuring proper care of the neglected peoples of this upazila.
