Preface

I am very gland to publish this health bulletin of Naniarchar upazila. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Naniarchar upazila to other line department and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planing and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila. Government health office has many data stored in the bulletin. This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the results and achievements of 2015. The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. This health bulletin has all so the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2015. I like to take attention of the higher authority to look into to this issue . Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead toward Digital Bangladesh .

Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
1. Naniarchar health complex is situated in a very rural area of rangamati district .so communication is a great problem here .Patients have to change multiple vehicle including boat to reach the hospital .We dont have ambulance or water ambulance,or any kind of boat also. 2. Electricity is the another problem here. Most of the time load shedding or no electricity for 3-5 days . So both outdoor and indoor activities are hampered regularly.. We have no generator here. 3. Our hospital have no boundary around the hospital and doctors residence also.so governmental infrastructures are destroying day by day 4. Our hospital building is tin-shaded one stored building..patients staying here in very bad condition during rainy and winter season..planing for multistoried building had been taken by several government previously but since now no progression of this issue. 5.There is no quarter facilities for our staffs. Most of them staying by personal arrangement or coming from rangamati town that is about 45 kilometers from here.so quality services from them cant be expected. 6.Our hospital have no necessary equipments like xray machine, Ultrasonography machine, etc which are most nesscessary for diagnosis of diseases.
