Preface

It is great Pleasure for me to publish the health bulletin 2015 of sherpur upazilla,Bogra. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015. This bulletin also contains the status of MDG4 & MDG5 which will help to localize the SDG targets. This health bulletin has also the information of Safe drinking water & sanitation status of the upazilla. All the sacntioned and vacant post are published here. I like to pay attention to higher Authority to look into this issue. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of sherpur upazilla to other line departments and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazilla. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Last year we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons. Here I like to mention some important factors such as, there is shortage of Specialist Doctor, RMO, SSN, Security guard & Cleaners also field staffs. Ambulance condition is not good. Generator & Main water pump are disordered. For improving health status we need the vacant post to be filled immediately. Ambulance to be replaced by a new one. Generator & water pump should be repaired within least possible time. I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 2015 because this document will help to compare our progress in upcoming year.
