Preface

This Bulletin contains the health related information of 2015. This Bulletin is published to disseminate the information of gomastapur upazila to other departments and developments partners of Health. I hope all the information of this Bulletin will help in planning and bridging the gape in health services of this upazila. This Health Bulletin will help us to see the result and achievments of 2015. The Bulletin contains the status of MDG-4 and MDG-5 which will help to localize the MDG tergets. This health Bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant post are published in this bulletine. I like to draw the attention of the higher authority to look into this issue. We have infrastructuee and beds for 50 bed hospital but no financial sanction and man power posts required to run 50 bed hospital. Even then we have started 50 bed facility here since 01.03.2015. Due to our sincere effort and service, number of patients are increasing day by day. hope, higher authority will be kind enough to solve this problem immediately.
