Preface

I am very glad to see that we are publishing HEALTH BULLETIN 2016 of Kaharole Upazila Health Complex, Dinajpur for the 5th time. Health is the right of people. In this bulletin we are stating all about our services,limitations and demands. We are trying our level best to give the health service to the people. But there are some limitations e.g. shortage of manpower mainly Doctors & Nurses,infrastructure etc. If we can overcome our limitations we will be able to give better services. I think the readers of this bulletin will give us their valuable sugesstions which will help us to improve our services. I also hope they will bridge to fulfill our demands from their positions. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Kaharole Upazila Health Complex is in need of manpower.All the vaccant posts should be fulfilled including doctors. A new ambulance is needed.Some sanction of posts like MLSS, Security Guard, Ward Boy, Aya, Sweeper, Driver, SACMO, should be increased at least double of present sanctioned posts. One store room and one 100 seated conference room is needed. The office space should be extended. I think fulfilling these demands will improve the health service of Kaharole UHC. Kaharole Upazila Health Complex is also need to repair it`s building,boundary including officers & Staffs Qtrs.
