Preface By the good grace of Almighty.This is the 5th attempt to publishing .Health Bulletin-2016.of Khetlal Upazila Health Complex in Joypurhat district.This edition of .Health Bulletin-2016. focuses the achievement of the year of 2015. Although certain constrains are still existing in the health delivery system of the upazila, all service providers are trying to achieve their best quality of service delivery. The success goes to all who are related to health sector including doctor, nurses and supporting staff. No amount of appreciation is sufficient for them without whose active support this Health Bulletin-2016 would never been the light of the day. I strongly believe that this health bulletin will act as an index to evaluate and compare with previous year and also help to enhance the development of health related states and to identify problems for future.
