Preface

Welcome to ' Local Health Bulletin 2016 ' of Chilmari Upazila.It is a great pleasure that.' Local Health Bulletin 2016' of Chilmari Upazila is Publishing. The Bulletin is the Compilation of health reports performance and their analysis during the year of 2015 in Chilmari Upazila. Which would enable comparison of data with other countries. However, the data presented here were not collected in a research setting , but were extracted from the facility registers and records filled in by health staffs and service Provider.We reported selected process indicators as relevant to our context. If we learn from the lessons, we would simply be benefited towards our goal. Chilmari is one of the Upazila of Kurigram district in Rangpur division in Bangladesh. All area of the Upazila are roughly afected by the river erosion.The people in here are very much deprived,from health service and living below the poverty line.Literacy rate is very low and people are not conscious about health service Finally. I thank the MIS-Health,DGHS for their valuable efforts. I would like to thank everyone who worked hard directly and behind the screen for publishing this bulletin successfully. We want to inform that our hospital complex building (Main building) is damaged by earth Quechua in 4th January - 2016.
