Preface

Aditmari Upazilla Health Complex, Health Bulletin 2015 I am very glad to publish this health bulletin. This bulletin contains all the health related informations of 2015. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Aditmari upazila to other line departments and development partners of health. I hope all the informations of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of the upazila . This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the result and achievements of 2015 . This bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize the MDG targets . This health bulletin also shows the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila . All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2015. I like to take attention of the higher authorities to look into of this issue . Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
1. With the staff of 31 bed 50 bedded hospital should be run but staffs 31 bedded as are inadequate specially Doctor, Staff Nurse, Wardboy . 2. X-ray machine is out of order from the very beginning. Once upon a time it was repaired. but immediately it was non functional. It seems to be Irreparable. 3. Inadequate OT instrument and OT Staff . 4. The hospital premises network is very poor. 5. Ultra sonogram machine is needed to see fetal condition.
