Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Important information and necessary issues for Hatibandha Upazilla Health Complex In the year 2015 we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons. I like to mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good results in future . Necessary issues that I want to raise are. 1) The vacant posts should be filled up immediately specially those of Doctors, Nurses.and other 3rd &4rth Class Employees. 2) A transport facility specially A Jeep for UH&FPO,with Driver and Fund for Fuel in very Necessary ,because for monitoring of field service and other facilities, specially Comunity Clinic and Union Sub-centres. 3) Training of doctors & nurses on IMCI & EOC. 4) All the repairable equipments should be repaired urgently . 5) We are in urgent need of repair of the x-ray machine. which is out of order from the very beginning of setting from many years . 6) Inadequate Doctors Posting, There is no Jr. Consultant(Gye),Jr. Consultant(surgery),Jr. Consultant(Medicine),Jr. Consultant(Anes) in the Health Complex.Beside this Health Complex is 50 beded but there is no saction post on 50 beded. 7) Security of Doctor ,nurse and other supporting staff at emergency facility is very urgent. This document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years .This will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future. Finally I am very happy to Publish this health bulletin of 2015 Which is Published in 2016.
