Preface

We are glad to publish this health bulletin for the Badalgachi upazila as per government policy to disseminate the information to public, different development organizations and government departments for use in planning for future development of health sector of this upazila. Also about deficiencies in this upazila which will draw attention of the concern authorities to take necessary actions. Badalgachi Upazila is one of 11 upazillas of Naogaon district of Rajshahi division. This upazilla is well known for the historic Paharpur Buddhist Temple. In this health bulletin we will try to inform you about the setup, activities and other aspects of the Health Sector of the Badalgachhi Upazila of the Naogaon District. There will be some basic information regarding health setup, services we provide, our manpower, activities and other matters. The data of this bulletin contain information of the calendar year 2015. We hope that this bulletin will be helpful to all.
