Preface

I am very glad to publish this Local Health Bulletin of Bagatipara Upazila Health Complex. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Bagatipara Upazila to other line department and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this Upazila. Government health office has many data stored in the file. This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the results and Health sector's achievements of 2015. The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize the MDG's targets. This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water, sanitation, EPI, Morbidity, Mortality, Equipment's and Manpower status of the upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2016. I like to take attention of the higher authority to look into to this issue. Finally I am grateful and thanks to all who are involved in publishing the Local Health Bulletin and also I would like to congratulate the initiator of the Health Bulletin software for setting us one step ahead toward Digital Bangladesh. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Last year we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons. Here I like to mention some important issues which will help us to achieve good results in future. Bagatipara Upazila Health Complex should be Upgrade 31 Bed to 50. The vacant post should be filled up immediately. All the repairable equipment's should be repaired as soon as possible. Finally I am very very happy to write this health bulletin of 2016 because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand regarding health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future.
