Preface

It is a pleasure to me that health bulletin of Jaldhaka UHC for 2015 has been prepared.In this bulletin we have shown the activities performed in last year both preventive and curative services.The health services like OPD. Indoor,MNCH and various preventive measures that performed last year updated. This health bulletin shows the information of safe drinking water and sanitary latrines in this upazila and also shows the present staff position. Consultants Anesthesia & Gynae have been posted as cesarean Operations is going on in jaldhaka UHC as this Upazilla is under EMOC services. Last Year We performed 65 cesarean Operations. Finally I thanks Director MIS and his team to provide Tele medicine services in Jaldhaka Upazilla through Upazilla Health Complex.

Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Last year we provided comprehensive EOC services as EOC pair was posted. You will be happy to know that last year in 2015 jaldhaka Upazila (as a whole Nilphamari District) attained 88% (FVC) in EPI proggram . Which is the Highest in Rangpur Division. I like to mention that jaldhaka UHC is Serving as 50 beded Hospital with the man power of 31 Beded Hospital. Finally I, therefore request to provide full manpower as well as fulfil the vacant posts for 50 beded Hospotal for better Curative and preventive Services in 2016 and onward to attain the target of MDG4&5.
