Preface

It is my great privilege to publish local health bulletin of Belkuchi Health complex. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Belkuchi Upazilla to other line department and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in the health service of this upazilla. This health bulletin will help us to find constrain and also to see the results and achievements of 2015. The bulletin contains the status of MDG4 and MDG5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. This bulletin has also the inform action of safe drinking water and sanitation status of this upazilla. All sanction and vacant post are published in this bulletin of 2015. This bulletin shows significant improvement of U5 mortality and maternal mortality rate. In this year we try our level best to collect quality data to produce quality information. I am very thank full to two person of this complex ICT Focal MO Dr. Noor Mohammad and Statistician Md. Abdul kaiyum for their encouraging work to produce this beautiful health bulletin. Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead toward digital Bangladesh. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
We want to inform that our hospital complex building (Main building) is damaged by earth quake in 4th January - 2016. Reconstruction of hospital complex building is mandatory to continue proper management of health care delivery system .Our diesel genarator and Xray machine are completely damaged and need urgent re installment. Our 50 bedded hospital complex and doctor and nurse dormitory completed and waiting for inaguration.
