Preface

I am very glad to publish health bulletin of Chowhali Upazila. This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the results and achievements of 2015. The bulletin contains the status of MDG-4 and MDG-5 which will help to localize M D G targets. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2014. I like to draw attention of the higher authority to look into this issue. Our Upazila Health Complex Chowhali, Sirajganj had gone under water by the Jamuna river in the year of 2014 (01.09.2014) and since then the emergency department and Indoor service is not running. In this situation,it was not possible to entry data at page-6,Morbidity profile and page-7,Mortality profile of local health bulletin-2016. Thanking everybody.
