I am very happy to publish the anual Health Bulletin-2016 of Mongla Upazila Health Complex, Bagerhat. This Bulletin contains and express all the Health related data of the year 2015 of Mongla Upazila Health Complex. It will help us to get the important opinion of others and to know the achievements of the year 2015. It also contains the status of the maternal & child health, safe drinking water & sanitation of this upazila. All the sanction, filledup & vaccant posts of this upazila health complex have been published in this Health Bulletin. I am requesting the higher authority to look into this manpower issue. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Last year we could not show our maximum efforts to improve the health service providing status due to many reason. Here I want to say some important factors which will help us to achieve the good results. 1) The vacant pots should be filled up immediately. 2) Our doctors & Nurses need more training on EmOC and IMCI. 3) We are in need seriously at least an Anesthetist, one Junior Consultant Surgery and one Junior Consultant Medicine to achieve the target of MDG 4 & 5. 4) All the repairable equipment should be repaired soon and to ensure the supply at least a diathermy & a large electric Auto calve machine for this hospital. 5) Our X-ray service is not ruining for the want of servicing. All of our female health assistant and CHCP need CSBA training to increase the facility based normal deliveries. Finally I am very happy to publish this health bulletin of 2016 which belongs the data of the year 2015 because this documents will helps us to compare our progress in up coming years .
