Preface

I am highly glad to publish this health bulletin of Abhoynagar Upazila. This bulletin contains all the health related informations of 2015. This bulletin is published to disseminate the informations of the upazila to other line departments and development partners of health. I hope all the informations of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila. Government health office has many data stored in the line. This health bulletin will help us to find out the constrains and also to see the results and achievements of 2015. The bulletin contains the status of MDG4 and MDG5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. This health bulletin has also the informations on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2015. I would like to take attention of the higher authority to look into this issue. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Last year we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons. Here, I would like to mention some important constrains which are to overcome to achieve good results in future.As 1) The vacant posts should be filled up immediately. 2) Our doctors and nurses need more training on ICT. 3) All the repairable equipments should be repaired immediately 4)All Condemned but recycleable equipmnts should be autioned without delay . Finally I am very happy to prepare this health Bulletin of 2015because these documeants will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years.This is a very useful document and will help the general people to understand about our health services and also to provide us the useful advices in future.
