Preface

I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of Shalikha Upazila Health Complex supported by MIS, DGHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015. This Bulletin is published to disseminate information of shalikha upazila Health Complex to other line departments and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services. This health bulletin will helps us to find constrains and also to see the results and achievements of 2015. The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize the SDG targets. This Health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of this upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin. Important information and necessary issues for Shalikha Upazila Health Complex, Magura: Last year we were unable to give our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons. Here I like to mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good results in future. 01) Vacant posts Should be field immediately. 02) Allocation of one Ambulance is needed immediately. 03) Allocation of one Jeep for UH&FPO. 04) USG machine is needed for critical patient and pregnant mothers. Finally I am very happy to edit this bulletin. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us useful advice for improvement in future and finally to achieve SDG.
