Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Although we try our level best to provide maximum support for people but the irony of fate is that we are failing to give the optimum. The main constrain behind this problem is very insufficient posted doctors against the sanctioned post. Even though government try their level best to solve this issue by posting doctors but doctors are not interested to stay here. Once they go by order of higher authority their vacant posts remain vacant for month. So we are urging our higher authority to solve this issue as soon as possible. The quality of residence of doctor is needed to be improved.Doctors, Nurses and other staffs need more proper and effective training to improve skill. All the repairable instruments are needed to be repaired.Modern instrument like Ultra Sound Machine is required to provide life saving services. I am very hopeful to solve all the problems by writing these in Health Bulletin 2016 and people will also understand our health service of UHC, sub centers ,community clinics as well as field services. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Matin UH&FPO Amtali, Barguna .
