Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
With a view to improving the health status of people of Bakergonj Upazila, I would like to mention some important issues, given below. By strengthening 5 ''R'' we can overcome the constraints. (1) R= Record keeping mannually, maintaing the registers from houshold,community clinic,sub-centre,H&FWC and UHC, we should stand e-Health services for every sphere of our services. (2) R= Reporting system,Data,generated from record keeping should be informed to proper authority. (3) R= Referral system:- In Bangladesh referral system in Health care services is poor. We should have a clear cut system from downward to upward and upward to downward. (4) R= Reflex or Feedback:- By arrainging meeting properly(Weekly,Monthly,Quarterly and easmagnn) we can improve our services. (5) R= Research: In the health facilities of Bangladesh there are plenty resources for research, specialy data analysis in the PHC level. 1. Our collaborative services with NGOs should be increased in every steps of the same. 2. Deputation problem at UHC Bakergonj is prevalent. 3.
