Preface

I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of upazila Health Complex, Charfassion, Bhola. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015.This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Charfassion upazila to other line department and development partners ofhealth. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this Charfassion upazila.Government health office has many data stored in the fine. This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to seethe results and achievements of 2015. The bulleting contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize theMDG targets. This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila. All thesanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2015. I like to take attention of the higher authority to look in this issue. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Charfassionis a large upazila with 21 unions and a class one powroshova . This upazila is larger in area than 18 districts of the country . This UHC is the only hospital for this large area and around 6 luc people . We see 70% physician post is vacand in this upazila . So, it is very difficult to run the health complex and the sub -center by physician . If manpower can be solved . This hospital can be model in the health service of Bangladesh . We seek attantion to the higher to post new doctors and Nurses . Medicine and other logistics are not adequate in porpotion to the number of population . There are 4 CSBA in this upazila . With limited manpower and limited resource this hospital is trying it's best to fulfill the expectation 6 lac population of this upazila .
