Preface

Health Bulletin is an script that includes the report of the activities done in relation to the health services of the people. In past times this bulletin would be published centrally in which a reader could find an accumulated report as a whole. But the activities in a particular area could not be visualized through those concerted reports. Now since an opportunity has touched me to person a local document in front of the nation,I am very much glad to publish this health bulletin of Tajumuddin Upazila Health Complex. This bulletin contains all the health service related information of this institution for the year 2015.This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Tajumuddin Upazila Health Complex to the other Govt and Non-govt departments and to the departments of the development partners of the health service in Bangladesh. Tajumuddin is a Upazila of which about one third of the people live in hard to reach areas.Yet we try to serve them as best as we can. we have many data in relation to our services stored in files. This health bulletin will open those files in front of general people which will help to make bridge between the service provider and the service seekers. This bulletin also shows our services, our achivements, our necessities, our lacking and limitations. This bulletins the status that will help us to achieve Sustainable Development Goal. This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the Upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant posts published in this bulletin of 2015. I like to take attention of the higher authority to look into this issue. Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead toward Digital Bangladesh. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Important information and necessary issues for Tajumuddin Upazila Health Complex. I like some important factors which will help us to achieve good results in future.1. the vacant post should be filled immediately.2. Number of Community Clinics should be increased specially in hard to reach islands and char areas.3.All the repairable equipment`s should be repaired as soon as possible.4. We Want our Hospital at 50 beds. Finally I am very happy to publish this Health Bulletin of 2016 because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming year. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future. Thanks Dr.Santosh Kumar Sarder, UH&FPO, Upazila Health Complex, Tajumuddin,Bhola.
