Preface

Kalapara is southern most upazilla of bangladesh at the side of bay of bengle. its' a coastal Upazilla & disaster prone area. I am very much glad to publish this health bulletin of Kalapara Upazila. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Kalapara Upazila to other department and development partners of health. I hope all information of this bulletin will help us for planning and bridging the laps & gaps in the health services & other services of this Upazila. Government health office has many data stored in this bulletin. This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the results and achievements of health activities 2015. The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize the MDG targets.I thank honorable Prime Minister Sheke Hasina & ministry of health for iniciation this health bulletin. Important information & necessary issues for kalapara Health complex in the year 2015.Our limitations made it defficult to ensure satisfactory health services to the people. I Would like to mention that some aspects which could enable us to ensure proper health service these are as below.1. The vacant post shoud filed up immediately. 2. Doctors, Nurses needed to be trained on IMCI.3.Repariable Equipments should be reparied quickly.4.More female HA&CHCP should be trained on CHBA. 5.
