Preface

I feel proud to publish the health bulletin of Nesarabad UHC. This bulletin contains all the health related informations of the year 2015. I hope all the informations of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health service of this UHC. The bulletin will help us to find the problems and achievements of 2015. It contains the status of MDG-4 and MDG-5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. I like to pay attention of the higher authority on this bulletin. Finally I would like to congratulate the initiators of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead towards Digital Bangladesh.

Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
It is a matter of great pleasure that we are going to publish health bulletin for the fifth time in the web. We have many wants and limitations such as, (1). The old 31 beds hospital building is quite unusable and damaged. The new extension building (For 19 beds) is used for 50 beds facilities. The doctors cannot be provided rooms. So, the construction of hospital building is mandatory. (2). The condition of only loaned ambulance is very bad. So, a new ambulance is urgently needed. (3). The X-Ray machine is in bad conditions and a new one is to be established. We hope, the proper authority will take care of our gaps. We wish, the information provided to this bulletin will contribute to achieve the goals of Digital Bangladesh.
