Preface

I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of Sulla upazila. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2013. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of upazila to other line department and development partners of health.I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of upazila.Government health office has many data stored in the file. This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also see the results & achievements of 2016 The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4& MDG 5 which will help to localized the MDG targets.This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water & sanitation status of the upazila.All the sanctioned & vacant post are published in this bulletin of 2017..I like to take attention of the higher authority to look into this issue.Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead towards digital Bangladesh.

Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Last year we could not apply our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons .Here I like to mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good result in future .Firstly, the vacant post should be filled immediately . 2ndly, The number of community clinic and the bed capacity of health complex should be increased .3rd, All the repairable equipments should be repaired as soon as possible .4th, minimum four female HA should be trained up for CSBA service in all union. I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 2016 because this document will help us to compare our progress in the coming year.
