Preface

I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of Sreepur Upazila supported by MIS, DGHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka. First of all, i would like to express my gratitude and honor to Prof.Dr.Abul Kalam Azad, ADG (Planning &development) and line Director MIS, DGHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka; who has been working hard relentlessly to develop the 'Health Information System' in a much more organized and effective way. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of Sreepur Upazila to other line department and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila. Government health department has many data stored in the file. This health bulletin will help us to find constrains and also to see the results and achievements of 2015. The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are published in this bulletin of 2016. I like to take attention of the higher authority to look into this issue. Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead toward Digital Bangladesh. .

Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Important information and necessary issues for Sreepur Upazila Health Complex Last year we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the health status due to many reasons. Here I like to mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good results in future. 1. Allocation /Sanction of 31 beded staff and instruments immediately 2. The vacant post of field level should be filled 3.ECG Machine is needed for CHD pt 4. USG machine is needed for critical patient and pregnant mothers. Finally I am very happy to edit this bulletin of 2015 because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years. This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future and to achieve MDG 4 & 5 by 2016. Our UHC is a 50 beded hospital working is going on and quietly finished now the 50 beded hospital . But we have allocation of diet medicine and manpower for 31 beds,Most important is insufficient manpower for 31 beded hospital as well as field service. So we need urgently 19 bed allocation of diet medicine and as well as field service.
