Preface

I am very Pleased to have the opportunity to publish this health bulletin of this Upazila. This bulletin is enriched with all the health related informations of the year-2016. This bulletin will help to share all the informations about our performance and activities with other departments. This is a great pleasure for us that we were awarded nationally from Honourable Health Minister for EOC activities. We arrange scientific seminar here every fortnightly regarding recent update management of different health related problems. This health bulletin also contains informations on safe drinking water & sanitation status of the upazila. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are mentioned here. I would like to draw the kind attention of the higher authorities to look into this issue. We want to inform that our hospital complex building (Main building) is damaged by earth Quechua in 4th January - 2016. Reconstruction of hospital complex building is mandatory to continue proper management of health care delivery system . Construction of doctors quarter for 50 bed hospital is urgently needed .
