Preface

Preface: I am very glad to publish this health bulletin 2016 of Rajbari Sadar Upazilla. This bulletin contains all the health related information of 2015. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of rajbari sadar upazilla to other line department and development partners of health. I hope, all the information of this bulletin will help for planning and bridging gaps in health service of the upazilla. Government health office has many data stored in the file. This health bulletin will help us to find constraints and also to see the results and achievements of 2015. The bulletin contains the status of MDG 4 & MDG 5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. This health bulletin has also the information on safe drinking water and sanitation status of the upazilla. All the sanctioned and the vacant posts are published in the bulletin of 2015. I like to take attention of the higher authority to look into this issue. Finally I would like to congratulate the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting us one step ahead towards Digital Bangladesh.

Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
This is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future. The Physician, SACMO, Field Workers and others vacant post to be filled immediately. All Doctors, SACMO`s & Field staffs need Refresher training on IMCI. Statisticians need Diploma in ICT. All the repairable equipment need to be repaired as soon as possible. There is no permanent Office building of Rajbari Sadar upazilla Health Office. For good presentation Of a training Program, a Photocopier machine, Digital camera, Video camera and Microphone Sound Syestem is badly needed. I draw attention of the concerned authority to address these issues. There are three UH&FWC in the Sadar Upazilla in Khankhanapur, Barat, Basantopur (Udaypur) Union which was constructed by the Netherland Government Project. There is no manpower and MSR allocation there. I strongly draw attention of the higher authority to take this institution under Government revenue stream .The vacant post should be filled immediately to improve the Quantity & Quality of EPI Activities. Regular GAVI Fund Should be ensured against the Vacant , & Temporary Vacant Post ( In case Of Maternity Leave, SIT Training, any 4 weeks or more leave etc).To Strengthen the overall supervision and monitoring activities of the field a motor car is badly needed for all UH&FPO. Finally I am very delighted to publish this health bulletin 2016 .
