Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Last year despite several limitations with our maximum efforts we were able to attain satisfectory level of health status in our premise . Here I like to mention some important factors which will help us to achieve good result in future 1.At present sadar upazila office is situated in a small rental house.which is very congested. 2. We have 18(Eighteen) wards but sanctioned posts are 15(Fiftheen) 3. Most of the areas in our jurisdiction are water transport dependent but we are yet to have a water trnsport which is very essential. 4.The Physician, SACMO, Field Workers and others vacant post need will be filled immediately. 5.All Doctors ,SACMO`s & Field staffs need more training on CSBA & IMCI. Statistician need Diploma in ICT. 6. All catogory of field supervisor (HI,AHI) should pay logical honorarium to gear-up the supervision and monitoring activities at the field level. Finally I am very happy to write the health bulletin 2016. Because this document will help us to compare our progress in up coming years. This very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future.
