Preface

This is my great pleasure to publish this “HEALTH BULLETIN 2016”. Bangladesh Secretariat Clinic was established with the aim of serving health care for the officers and thousands of stuffs working in the secretariat. From its inception, it has been working as the only health provider in the secretariat. Various type of health services including emergency first aid, outpatient service, specialist consultant OPD service and most importantly providing almost all drugs prescribed by the physician are supplied from this clinic. It also arranges emergency vaccination program during Hajj. Emergency service on spot also provided from the clinic. Various diagnostic facilities also provided from here. Though, there is no in-patient facilities, serious patients are carried out to the specialized hospital through ambulance service. This health bulletin will help to inform various information, activity and current situation of the clinic. Finally I would like to thank the initiator of the health bulletin software for setting one step ahead towards digital Bangladesh.
