Preface

I am very glad to publish this Health Bulletin of Tangail district for the year 2016. This Bulletin contains all health related data of 2015. This Bulletin is published to disseminate information to related Government Officials, NGOs and development partners. I hope, it will be helpful for planning & identify gaps to achieve health target. It may be treated as milestone to achieve MDG4 & MDG5. I would like for kind attention of higher authority to look into this issue. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Civil Surgeon Office Tangail consists of an old pattern building. Accommodation of Officer & Staff is not sufficient. There is no suitable conference room. We need at least vertical extention of our office building for sufficient space. Some upazila has not sufficient internet facility and electricity. It must be solved to win our challenge for digitalization in health sector.
