Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW) HEALTH BULLETIN 2016 The data belong to Jan-Dec 2015 Rangamati Civil Surgeon Office
Upazila: , District: Rangamati, Division: Chittagong
Local Health Bulletin 2016 on behalf of Civil Surgeon Office Rangamati is going to Published. The Bulletin will present the existing human resource, equipment's and ongoing health activities in the district and will also explore some data that will reflect the outcome of the activities. Rangamati is the district of lake, hill and forest. The natural beauty of this district an extra ordinary charm and an enjoyable environment that attracts the tourist. This is for seeing and feeling but not the same for dwelling and providing service to the people.More than 80% of the total area of the district is hard to reach and in some areas it is very hard to approach where people live in the forest, surrounded by hills, having no road or water communication. In most of the lake areas, public transport is absent.hired boat is needed to reach the distant areas that cost a lot.All above have made it difficult for the health workers to meet people door to door, thereby provide satisfactory health service and adequate information collection to build up a sound data status.Of course,we are striving to achieve accuracy and reality. However, hope, this Bulletin will make platform for a totally realistic achievement at the coming days and a satisfactory outcome. Thanks to all who have contributed directly and indirectly to publish the Bulletin.
