Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Last Year we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the Health Status due to many reasons. Here I Iike to suggest some important issues which will help to achieve our goal for the Improvement of health status of the district in up-coming years. 1. Fulfilment of vacant post of Doctors and Others e.g Nurse, Pharmacist, Store Keeper, Seccurity Guard, Sweeper is an urgent need.2.Prescence of Pair (Gynaecologist & Anaesthesiology ) Should be ensured. Doctors Anaesthesiology Should be Posted immediately in the Upazilla under DSF & EOC.3. Repeated transfers of UHFPOs hamper the progress of achievement. 4.Manpower should be sanctioned and posted in structurally upgraded 50 beded hospitals 5.All the managers of District and upazila level should be given a training or financial management .6. A fruitful practical training on medical jurisprudence should be given among all the Doctors.2-Doctors and nurses need more training on ICT, IMCI and EOC . Finally. I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 2015 because this document will help us to compare our progress in upcoming years. this is vary useful document and will help to pubilic to understand health services and to provide us the useful advice for improvement in future.
