Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
We are thankful to Directorate General of Health Services to take part in developing Digital Health by publishing Health Bulletin of Gaibandha District.Gaibandha is one of the Socially and Economically least developed district in the Rangpur Divission. Some unions of 3 upazilla are vary much hard to reach area for health services. We think that it should be known to everybody that we could not give our maximum efforts to improve the health status of Gaibandha district last year due to many reasons which were not intentional. We like to mention here some important factors which will help us to improve our performences in future Fist of all the vacant post should be filled- up immediately such as Sr. Consultant(Surgery),Junior Consultant(Medicine, pediatrice,Eye,Skin&VD) at Adhunik Sadar Hospital. There is Shortness of Medicine & Logistic Suplly and also 3rd & 4th Class Emplyce. Thats why our performances are not achived upto the desired level. So if we want to improve our health services at Gaibandha District Vacant post of all Catagories of Doctors,Nurrses and Others should be filled-up immediately also improve the Supervisson,Monitoring from District to upazilla and upazilla to Union and Community level . We should also ensure the accountability of all level of staffs for their perfomances.
