The Health Population and Nutrition Sector Development Program (HPNSDP) has been initiated by The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Bangladesh for a period of five years from July 2011 to June 2016. There are 32 Operational Plans (OPs). Health Information Systems and e-Health (HIS-EH) one of them.I am delighted that the Local Health Bulletin 2016 is going to be published from The Office of Civil Surgeon Lalmonirhat.This Health Bulletin is the year of 2016 and there are available data for the period of January 2015 to December 2015. It is expected that this Local Health Bulletin will help us to understand progressing trend. From this lesson, we would be benefited achieving the Goal. I hope that The facility Specific data will guide and help the policy makers and other concerned to take future step in improving the Health Services.I like to thank all who were involved in developing and editing The Health Bulletin and Special thanks to Management Information System (MIS) DGHS for providing technical and financial support.
